Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 June 2026

Welcome to Stedo. These Terms of Use apply between you and DropDev AB ("we", "us") when you use the Stedo app and our website. Please read them — by using Stedo, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, creating an account in or using Stedo, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the service.

2. Who may use Stedo

Stedo is intended for adults. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. About the service

Stedo is a calm planning and routine app that helps you build routines, break down tasks and hold your day together. We develop the service continuously and may add, change or remove features. Some features require an internet connection and a compatible device.

4. Your account and your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens through your account. Create one account per person and provide accurate information. Contact us if you suspect that someone unauthorized has used your account.

5. Subscription and payment

You can start using Stedo for free. Stedo Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks more features.

  • Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Trial period. If a free trial is included, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Payment through the store. Purchases and payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Cancellation. You cancel the subscription in your account with the App Store or Google Play. You keep access until the end of the period.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective rules.
  • Price changes. If prices change, we will inform you in advance, and you can choose to cancel the subscription.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying digital services at a distance. When you start using a paid digital service immediately, you expressly consent to this and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been delivered. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are additionally handled under each store's refund rules.

7. Permitted use

You may not use Stedo for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent security features, copy, decompile or reverse engineer the app, disrupt the service or infringe on the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

Stedo, the trademark and all content in the service belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the app for personal use.

9. Your content

Content you create in Stedo, such as routines and notes, belongs to you. You grant us a limited right to store and process the content to the extent needed to deliver the service. You are responsible for the content you add.

10. Disclaimer – not medical advice

Stedo is provided "as is" and "as available". We cannot guarantee that the service will always be free of interruptions or errors.

Stedo is a tool for planning and wellbeing – not a medical product. The app does not make diagnoses and does not provide medical or psychological treatment or advice. It is not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you need support with ADHD, your health or how you are feeling, you should turn to a qualified professional.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses that arise from your use of the service. This limitation does not restrict the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Swedish and European law.

12. Indemnification

You are responsible for damage that arises because you breach these terms or use the service in an unauthorized way, to the extent compatible with mandatory consumer law.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Stedo and delete your account at any time. We may limit or end your access if you breach the terms. When your account is closed, your content is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the service and terms

We may update the service and these terms. For significant changes, we will inform you in the app or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means that you accept the new terms.

15. Miscellaneous

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply. If we choose not to invoke a right on one occasion, that does not mean we waive it in the future.
