Getting started
Stedo is a calm planning and routine app for your phone. You build your own routines, break tasks into small steps, use a focus timer and hold the day together – in a way that feels calm and pressure-free.
Anyone who wants more structure and calm in their day. Stedo is built to be especially handy if you have ADHD or a lot to keep track of, but you do not need a diagnosis to benefit from it.
Stedo is available for iPhone and Android. There is no web version at the moment.
The app is available in English and Swedish and follows your system language by default. You can also choose which language the AI uses to create routine content, separately from the app language.

Yes, Stedo is free to start using, with unlimited routines, a focus timer, points and rewards. Stedo Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks things like AI planning and insights.
How the app works
A routine is a recurring step, for example "Take medication". A routine group is a collection of routines that follows a schedule you choose yourself. A task is a one-off to-do that does not repeat.
No – you create your own groups with your own names and optional start times, and you are not locked into fixed slots. If you like, you can sort the groups into broad time windows like Morning, Day, Evening and Anytime, but that is entirely optional.
You earn points when you check off routines, up to a daily cap, and spend them on rewards you create yourself – like a movie night or a lazy morning. A late check-off still counts.
A built-in timer for focused work sessions based on the Pomodoro principle, with ready-made lengths like 25/5, 50/10 and 15/3 minutes. It helps you get started and stay focused one stretch at a time.
Yes, you can check in your mood each day with a short scale and write an optional note about what is behind the feeling. Deeper mood insights and the weekly reflection are part of Stedo Plus.
You can turn on gentle reminders for when a routine group starts, a daily morning planning nudge and an evening wind-down. They are all optional and you choose the times yourself.
The AI can build routines for you from text or voice and break big tasks into smaller steps. The AI features are part of Stedo Plus.
There are no red crosses or punishments when something does not get done. A missed routine simply stays put, and a late check-off still counts – the idea is that it should be easy to start again without guilt.
